It is conveniently located within 5 minutes of Disney's Main Gate - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios (formerly MGM Studios). Also nearby: Animal Kingdom, 24-screen Movie Theatres, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet 'n Wild, Disney Springs for shopping & dining, Margaritaville. For shopping, Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia, Orlando Premium Outlets and Prime Outlets (formerly Belz) are a short drive.
Gardens: The gardens surrounding this villa have been landscaped and lighting brings them to life at night, thereby making it a very comfortable place to relax with a drink in the pool after a hectic day in the stores or theme parks. There are several citrus fruit trees - orange, ruby red grapefruit, lemon and lime trees and when in season these fruits are available for the enjoyment of our guests.

We are less than 3 miles from Disney Main Gate and less than 1 mile from Formosa Gardens Village, with a selection of 7 restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabbas and numerous other shops. Hwy 192 is one mile, with two large supermarkets and a vast choice of restaurants including Bonefish, Longhorn Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Rock & Brews, Applebees, Chick Filet, Millers Alehouse, Red Robin and many more.

Perfect house for a family trip
The house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of and more. The pool is clean and large. The neighborhood is very safe with the gated entrance and centrally located to all parks. It’s a perfect place to spend your family getaway!
