Owner Info
Melanie McKnight
Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: I work full time as a realtor in Maryland. Because I want to retire in Venice, I bought this condo and will rent it seasonally until I retire.
I just love the weather and the people.
Why this property? I trusted a local Remax agent not to steer me wrong, since I am also a Remax agent, in Maryland. She did a great job and I am very happy with my purchase in Venice.
