Each bedroom has a cable Tv, and one in the living room too. There is wifi from Xfinity. . The queen sleeper sofa in the living room is almost new. The lanai is enclosed with a view of the gulf, all the way to the south jetty. There is one reserved parking space, and the San Marco building is opposite the Venice Yacht Club. There is also a free boat launch, county-owned at the Higel Marine Park next to the yacht club, about 1 block away..
There is a heated pool and patio area for sunbathing.
The rec room has ongoing activities all winter long, posted on the bulletin board as you enter the building foyer. Card games are held often. The condo association is professionally managed.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed, and no smoking.

Venice is the sweetest town, with a real main street, called Venice Ave. It features many shops, and restaurants, and sidewalk cafes. One street over is another shopping street called Miami Ave. There are many golf courses, and a fabulous Y with an indoor pool and gym, as well as private gyms, like Planet Fitness, Ufit Health Club, and South Venice Fitness. . Some are included with the Silver Sneakers program.

South Jetty where you can see fishermen, porpoises, and many fish. it is known for great sunsets! There is a snack stand there that has good coffee.

Favorite Places To Eat

Crow's Nest, Carrabba's, and for good ice cream that is unique, go to Nokomis Groves. Get the orange/vanillia twist cone. So Good!
Another good deal on ice cream is Detwiliers farm Market. Really good and priced low! It is also known for local fruits and fresh vegetables.
