Sitting on the backwaters of the Gulf of Mexico, with an absolutely gorgeous backyard view of Dixie Bay and St Martin's Marsh Aquatic Preserve, is our pet friendly, three bedroom, 13 bed, two bath, (BUT WITH AUTOMATIC HOT WATER), dining room seating for 16, 2000 square foot waterfront ranch in Crystal River, Florida.

We are only minutes away from the beach or boat launch that takes you to Kings Bay or the Gulf, so bring your boat. Fun fishing right in your own backyard where visitors often see manatees or dolphins. Your boat may be parked in the driveway and launched at the free boat launch about a mile up the road.

Manatee house boasts spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and a serene pastoral setting throughout the day.

Amenities include wireless internet access, oversized screened in and heated in ground pool with plenty of seating around the pool deck and lanai. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Plenty of towels, linens, blankets and pillows, and a couple days supply of paper products to help ensure everyone's comfort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manatee house! The children loved the heated pool. Fishing from the backyard was also lots of fun for them. It fit our needs well. There are lots of games there. There weren't really toys for our preschool children, but they found enough to keep themselves entertained most of the time. If we ever vacation in the Crystal River area, we will definitely check into Manatee house again!

Plenty of space in the house. Setup very well for a larger group. Kids loved the bigger pool.

The property was comfortable and met our needs. A little trouble with the pool heater, Diana is taking care of it. Diana was friendly and responsive when we had a small issue with the TV programming. I would stay here again. Thanks Diana!

we all enjoyed our stay. The pool was so refreshing. The house was roomy and comfortable.

House was nice and kid friendly. We were able to fit our boats in the back of the house. Pool is huge and a must for kids. In the afternoons the dolphins would come into the canal and that was fun for the kids. We usually stay in Homosassa this is the first year in Crystal River, was a nice change.
