Welcome to our completely renovated 2b/2b condo located in the beautiful and secure gated Kelly Greens Golf Course Community. This 3rd floor like-new condo will be your perfect home away from home and is available for both short and longer term rentals. Our unit is fully furnished with everything you need to make your stay perfect. All you need to bring is your personal items! The spacious corner lanai offers stunning water and golf course views of multiple holes and is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee or savor an evening cocktail.
The unit sleeps four adults comfortably with a King in one bedroom and a Queen in the other. A sleeper sofa adds additional sleep space. There is plenty of storage for all your personal items. The unit offers a recliner and two televisions.
The full size washer and dryer are in the unit.
There is a building elevator steps away from the unit and the pool/tennis court/hot tub/gazebo and grill are located next to the building. Miles of sidewalk allow for safe walking areas.
All utilities (electric, cable, Wi-Fi) are included. There is one covered parking spot and 2 storage closets included and additional parking close by.

**** Rental discount for rentals of 4 or more months available. No taxes for 6 month rental or more.
**** Booking/Security deposit of $750 due upon signing of contract. This is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of contract signing. Deposit to be given back 15 days after checkout if unit is found in same condition as when move in.
**** Rental Tax rate of 11.5% of all charges is responsibility of the renter.
****One time cleaning fee of $150 plus tax is due upon inception of contract and is non refundable.
****Gate Transponder Fee $10 per vehicle

*Kelly Greens offers an optional 'Full Membership Transfer Fee' of $400 (includes Golf & use of all Facilities/Restaurant*Bar-Grill*Snack Bar/Fitness Center). This is an optional one-time fee for a 30 to 90 day reservation (1-3 months). Please inquire as to which months transfer is available from owners.
Dining Transfer $150 – right to enjoyment of the restaurant excluding golfing privileges, tennis, pool and fitness center.

Fern G.Condo was immaculate and well furnished
Condo was on the third floor which was very quiet area and convenient to the elevator. Pool was just a few steps away. Ft. Myers Beach Sanibel and Captiva was just a few miles away. Beds were extremely comfortable. We had one small problem with a chair and the owner showed up within minutes and took care of it. Owners were very nice and easy to deal with. Yes, we would rent this condo again. Fern & Louise

This third floor corner condo is located in the gated golf community of Kelly Greens, Ft Myers. The condo has recently been totally renovated and is beautiful. Nearby pool and hot tub are fantastic! The condo is close to beaches and all Ft Myers attractions. We stayed a month, and would highly recommend it.

This like-new condo became the perfect home away from home for us during a month's stay in SWFL. The unit was spotless, comfortable, well decorated and the owners made sure to have everything there we could possibly need.The location is safe and convenient to the beaches, Sanibel Island, shopping, and so many great places to eat.All of our interactions with the owners were positive and check-in and out was seamless. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and we are already planning our next stay!

Sitting on the Lania you could see 3 gorgeous water views, Golf Tee for Men, and beautiful morning sunrises. The Condo was very comfortable especially the KING SIZE BED and RECLINER CHAIR. The kitchen was fully equipped. The neighbors were very friendly. Also Kelly Greens Country Club is a fabulous place. I would highly recommend staying at this well appointed updated condo.
