Our team is taking extra care to ensure that each home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines between guests with extra attention paid to all high touch points such as remotes, lights switches, door handles etc. The health and safety of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance. For this reason, our entire team is personally trained direct employees, not third party vendors.

DISCLAIMER: Absolutely no events or gatherings, including bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers or birthdays. The home is available for filming at specific filming rates with prior approval and with insurance. Pool heating fee is $50/day with a 3 day minimum. There is no pool fence. THERE IS A $200 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY.

Outdoor living is at its best with the private pool and outdoor fire feature to enjoy friends and family while on holiday.

And when you're in the mood to have a night on the town, it's a short walk to nearby Atlantic Avenue with its many fantastic shops and restaurants. And a shorter walk to Old school square, where you can browse the fresh veggies and baked good of the weekend markets or enjoy a picnic in Old School Square park. It's just a short ride to the gorgeous beaches of Delray, or walk to Atlantic and take the Trolly. All of Delray is at your fingertips at our lovely home.

Additionally all your cutlery as well as all plates, bowls and cups are stocked. There are basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) for your cooking needs!

PARKING: Free driveway and street parking. Note this home only has parking for TWO cars.

LOCATION: Palm beach County offers a wide variety of coastal experiences, form the Taste of Delray, shopping and dinning on Atlantic Ave to the sandy beaches. The Wide Theater, with Broadway performances and a hometown feel. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is in Palm Beach, just 19 miles from here! Check out Old School Square which provides a gathering place to celebrate the arts and outdoor music events at The Crest Theatre, The creative Arts school, Cornell Art Museum, the Fieldhouse and Pavilion. Try the open air retail plaze of City Place, aka Rosemary Square and Delray Market Place. For some classic pinball machines and arcade games check out Silverball Pinball Museum or hit up Putt’n Around Miniature Golf. The Morikami Museum and Japanese gardens are another beautiful Delray Beach experience. For ocean based experiences Boynton Beach Fishing Charter is wonderful as is Sandoway Discovery Center.
