Villa Pelican has a large pool area with pool and Jacuzzi. It is located by the canal with western exposure with sun all day on the pool area and towards the beautiful sunsets.
OBS: Villa Pelican has no pool cage. It is shown in the pictures but the pool cage got damaged and there is NO pool cage around the pool.

It is located by the canal with western exposure with sun all day on the pool area and towards the beautiful sunsets.
Newly decorated Villa Pelican has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath with a shower and sliding glass doors leading directly out to the pool area. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and has it´s own full bath. Tile in the whole house.
Electric, TV / Wi-Fi is included in the rent.
The kitchen is fully equipped with icemaker and microwave. Washer and dryer included in a separate laundry room in the house.
The outside dining area - under roof - is a BBQ and an additional large dining table with seating for 6 persons. The specially designed pool provides relaxation and a deck overlooking the canal.
Child safety fence for the pool available if desired.
Villa Pelican is located only 10 minutes by car to the nearest beach, Yacht Club Beach with Tiki-Restaurant Boat House and Fishing Pier.
It is also only 10 minutes away by boat from the river and the Gulf of Mexico. This quarter is among the most attractive residential areas of Cape Coral. The street is only trafficked by the neighbors, no disturbing through traffic
Refundable security deposit.
Boatlift is available for the guests to use for their boat rental.
Pool and spa are solar heated.

Tarra S.Just a couple small things
This house is beautiful first and foremost! The pool is beautiful and the canal is nice. We were not able to go down and look thought because of an ugly orange hazard temporary fence up because the hurricane had blown down the cage over the pool(which I was ok w since I actually like a full sun pool). That was of course all understandable and totally deal able cause it will improve I'm sure and really that pool is really nice. If your not a pool person taking the pool cover off can cause a lot of leaves to go in the pool and the pool person only comes once a week. BTW owner Id check into your pool company we were told they would come on Friday so made plans accordingly to be out of the way. In stead a women smoking comes walking in unannounced on Thursday while we were all in the pool and only put a new chlorine tab in and rinsed the filter. We offered to get out so she could vacuum since there were a lot of leaves on the floor of pool that you can not get with skimmer. She did not! Kind of a bummer and left bad taste in mouth since we had been waiting for that vacuum job. In the home the only things I can mention are the the main bedroom light never worked fan did light did not. No TVs in either bedroom. Wifi worked really well though. If you want to watch Netflix on their TV though be sure you know how to log out of their account and how to get into yours. Also one of my BIGGEST pet peeves is when a home does not have two small staples. Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels (I mean come on at least extra TP)Even hotels make sure you have it. I hate having to buy that for a house. Just my opinion. but just seems like you can have cleaners leave couple extra rolls when they clean. It would really be noticed I promise. The house though has a coffee pot blender and all the pots and utensils we needed. That was so refreshing. We really did have a good time and enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and the many options close by for eating out. Many with live entertainment which was wonderful. No fault of anyone the hurricane has wiped out all the beaches so we had to drive at lease an hour to a decent beach in Naples that wasn't destroyed. That will improve with time too and I'm sure they are very nice beaches. Thank you for letting us stay.

Frank A.Very comfortable, very quiet
Very comfortable home-we were there for a month. Realtor, Susanne, was extremely prompt responding with anything we needed. Pool was great, very warm in April (got up to 90 degrees). Did not use hot tub much as that is not our thing. Just the 2 of us and house was very comfortable, especially the king bed. Probably bathrooms could use a little update but all very clean. Nice kitchen utensils. Probably could use a new grill but it worked fine. Sun in Lani all afternoon was beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice walk or bike to local park at end of Pelican Street. Neighbors were very friendly and nice. Neighbor with Danzi boat was unexpectantly AWESOME!

I will keep it short.We were close to the beach and town.Enjoyed everything Cape Coral offered Even the weather cooperated s worries and cares disappeared very quickly watching people riding bikes made me very envious.We are planning on going back next year,but staying even longer.
